Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on your return policy.
Returns
You may return your items within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial purchase date.
Return Process
1. Completely uninstall the product. We regularly check the IP addresses on returned orders and shut down the Anti DDoS service from our end at any time. To prevent any disruption to your server, please uninstall the product.
2. Send an email to [email protected] with your order ID, reason for return, and the IP addresses we licensed.
3. We may verify whether our Anti-DDoS protection on the IP addresses is still active. If it is, we reserve the right to deny a refund and record your order in our fraud-prevention database.
4. Once the check is completed, we will process your return.
We maintain a database of fraudulent orders that includes information such as licensed IP addresses, surrounding IP ranges, and websites associated with those IP addresses. We cancel any new orders placed by customers listed in this database.
Refunds
Once we have received your return request and completed our checking, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your request to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Restocking Fee
Because we are required to pay a retailer transaction fee and we take time to process returns, a 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
